$BIRDIE is Arc Chain Dog: the Arc team's cream schnoodle and the launch copilot for a chain that settles fees in USDC. She is not a cartoon overlay. She is a real lawn-and-pool portrait dropped into a navy glow the same way Arc dropped a clean L1 into the market.
